Important information about ordering, postage and returns
ORDERING
Please make any selections from the relevant shop pages and add them to your cart, when you have finished, then the shopping cart will take you through to Paypal to make your payment, Once I have confirmation that your payment has been made, then your order will be dispatched to you.
If you wish to pay via other methods, then please contact me to let me know, I will accept cheques (please make payable to J Francis), postal orders and bank transfer (please contact me for details for this). If you opt to pay by any of these methods, then I am sure that you will appreciate that I am unable to dispatch your order straight away, I will need to have received the payment first.
If you are ordering a commission piece, with a value of more than £30, then once we ageee on what you want and the price, I will need a 50 % non-refundable deposit to be made before I start work on it, this is to cover any materials that I may have to purchase. You order will be dispatched to you on receipt of full payment when the piece is finished.
Fo other commissions, I will need to be paid in full before I dispatch the order to you, obviously if I have all the materials then it will only be a matter of days before I can dispatch it, if I need to purchase anything, then I will keep you informed of the progress and expected dispatch time.
POSTAGE
Free postage in the UK, but if you are ordering from outside the UK, then the postage is £3 per item, there is an option for purchasing international postage here, please make sure that you have purchased your postage as you order will be delayed until paid.
RETURNS
I appreciate that sometimes things are not quite what you are expecting, and if this is the case then I am happy to accept returns within 14 days, please contact me to let me know if you are wanting to return something. Due to health and hygiene, I am unable to accept returns on earrings.
