Ordering

If you see something within the shop pages that you like, then just add it to the basket, (only use the basket if you are paying via Paypal) some items will have a choice of colours and there are some where more than one is available, but these will show on the item.

If you click on a picture then another larger picture should open up so that you can see the detail a little better.

If there is something that you like, but want slightly different, maybe in another colour, or you want 6 lots for your bridesmaids, then please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Postage and Shipping

All items shipped within the UK are postage free, if you are ordering from abroad, then please be aware that there is a charge of £3.00 per order.

If you look in the shop then you will see the page for international postage, please make sure that you purchase the postage as your order will be delayed until full payment is made.

All items are normally shipped within 48 hours of ordering and payment.

If you have ordered a commission piece, then there may be a delay of a couple of days, but I will let you know by email when your item is being shipped.

Payment

The website is set up to take payment via Paypal, if you wist to pay by alternative methods, then please email me to let me know. Alternative payment methods are

• Bank cheque ------- drawn on a UK bank only please, and please include card number, postage address on the reverse of the cheque, please make any cheques payable to J FRANCIS.
• Postal order ----- Sterling only please.
• Bank Transfer ---- fast and safe, if you wish to use this facility, please me for details. please note, to pay by cheque/postal order, please contact me for details of where to send it.

Also, please be aware that if you pay by methods other than Paypal (which in most cases is instant) I will be unable to ship your order to you until I have received the funds have cleared.

Returns

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, then I am happy to issue you with a full refund (minus return postage) but please contact me, and I will only accept returns within 14 days of your order.

*For health and hygiene purposes this does not apply to earrings.

Anything Else?
